How much does international shipping cost?

How long does delivery take?
We use fast International Couriers (DHL, UPS) . If devices are in stock, we are usually able to deliver in 48-72 hours. Feel free to contact us for any special requests. We’ll do our best
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsapp to monitor delivery status.

What if I want to return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact our support team at hello@quetecg.com with your order details. Once approved, items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, an invoice will be issued for every order and sent via email after purchase. You need to have a valid VAT number in order to place an order
